We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on all items.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@forgefit.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
